How it Works:

  1. Submit Details: Provide the Brand, Model Name, or Japanese SKU (if known).
  2. Verification: Our team verifies stock availability and calculates a fixed "Vault Quote" (includes shipping/customs).
  3. Priority Access: If you approve the quote, we secure the item and include it in our next priority shipment.

*Note: This is a complimentary service for the Canadian collector community. No payment is required until a quote is approved.

  • Thresholds: The standard $75 free shipping threshold does not apply to specialized sourcing orders.
  • Timelines: Delivery estimates (14-21 days) are projections. Himitsu Vault is not liable for Japanese export delays or Canadian customs processing.
  • Final Sale: Custom items are strictly non-refundable and ineligible for return or exchange once the order is placed in Japan.
