1. Age of Majority & Site Access

Himitsu Vault is an adult-oriented boutique specializing in relationship wellness and personal novelty items. By accessing this website and placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your province/jurisdiction).

We reserve the right to cancel any order or terminate access to the site if we suspect a user is under the legal age. Any attempt to bypass our age-verification systems is a violation of these Terms.

2. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide the most accurate descriptions and high-resolution imagery, we do not warrant that product descriptions, weights (e.g., 510g heavyweight series), or other content are error-free. Small variations in TPE texture or color are normal in the manufacturing of specialty novelty items.

3. Use of Products

Products sold by Himitsu Vault are intended for personal wellness and novelty use only. The customer assumes all responsibility for the safe and hygienic use of these items. We recommend following the Care & Maintenance Guide provided on each product page, including the use of water-based lubricants and lukewarm water cleaning.

4. Limitation of Liability

Himitsu Vault shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. All items are used at the customer's own risk.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

6. Custom Sourcing & Special Orders

6.1 Procurement Process: By utilizing the Custom Sourcing service, the customer authorizes Himitsu Vault to act as a procurement agent for specific Japanese novelty items. All such orders require 100% upfront payment via a secure Shopify invoice prior to procurement.

6.2 Shipping & Estimates: All shipping timelines provided for custom orders are estimates only. International logistics involve multiple third-party carriers and government agencies (Customs). Himitsu Vault does not guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for transit delays beyond our domestic control.

6.3 Final Sale Status: Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, custom-sourced items are processed as specialized inventory. These items are strictly final sale. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be processed once the order has been submitted to our international partners.

6.4 Sourcing Fees: Shipping rates for custom orders are calculated on a per-item basis and are not subject to standard promotional shipping rates or thresholds unless explicitly stated in the formal quote.
