How discreet is your packaging?
Complete privacy is guaranteed. Every order is packed in plain, sturdy cardboard boxes or poly-mailers. The shipping label only displays standard postal details—there is no mention of "Himitsu Vault" or the contents of your order on the outside box.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship locally from within Canada. You will never incur unexpected cross-border duties, import taxes, or customs holds.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

- Free Canadian Shipping: Automatically applied on all orders over $75 CAD.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days with full tracking provided via email.
What is your return policy for personal items?
Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of personal novelty products, all sales are final once the product's outer hygienic factory seal is broken. If an item arrives damaged or defective in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@himitsuvault.ca with photos for a replacement.
How should I clean and maintain soft TPE items?
Clean thoroughly after every use with lukewarm water and a mild, unperfumed soap or dedicated cleaning solution (avoid hot water, as high heat can alter TPE material). Allow the item to air-dry completely, then apply a light coating of maintenance/renewing powder to preserve the ultra-soft surface texture and prevent stickiness. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
